Cryogenic Temperature Cycling Testing Device

Testing device for cryogenic temperature cycling:

• devices under test are lowered in a liquified nitrogen or helium (depending on temperature) and lifted in a fan heater unit alternately
• thermal cycles between -269°C (4K) and 150°C
• steep thermal gradients
• fast cycling of up to 20 cycles/hour (depending on heat capacity of sample and required temperatures)
• cryogenic shock can be induced
• samples enclosed in a cage with a diameter of 150 mm
• sample length up to 450 mm (standard), custom specific adaptations for the specimen holder are possible
